This equipment not only protects yourself but your training partner as well. These items will allow you to perform the necessary exercises and drills, and are divided by the specific fighting style that requires them.

Muay Thai/MMA Striking:
Thai shorts or MMA shorts, hand wraps, boxing gloves (16oz or 14 oz training gloves), mouthpiece, shin guards and groin protectors. As you progress you will need headgear for optional sparring.
No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu/ Grappling:
Mouthpiece, groin protector, MMA shorts and rash guard
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:
Gi, mouthpiece, groin protector
Boxing:
Gloves (16oz or 14 oz training gloves), hand wraps, mouthpiece, groin protector
MMA:

We also have boxing gloves and shinguards at the gym for beginners to use but you are encouraged to get your own gear.
