Class Schedule

IF YOU NEED TO GET SIGNED UP PLEASE SHOW UP 10 – 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS STARTS.

Private lessons can be scheduled by appointment for Brazilian Jiu – Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, Boxing and Strength & Conditioning. Call or e-mail us to get quotes on rates, and to set up your private training! Groups up to 4 people available! *Bold & Starred Sessions are available for ALL Standalone MMA members to freely train and workout. (Note: only the specified sections of the gym are available; please do not interfere with the classes)

We offer classes for KIDS (8-16 years) and ADULTS (16+ years)
Specialty Seminars and Private Lessons are open to non-members

  • Real techniques taught by real fighters
